Information We Collect

When you submit a form on our website (such as requesting a quote, scheduling a walkthrough, or contacting us), we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and details about the service you need. We also log your IP address with each form submission for security purposes (rate limiting and abuse prevention); these first-party server-side logs are not shared externally. All of our forms — including the form on /contact — are first-party: nothing is sent to our CRM merely by loading the page, and your details are only transmitted when you submit, at which point they are delivered to our own backend and then to our CRM so we can reply (see "Third-Party Services" below).

If you consent to analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous usage data including pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region (3-digit ZIP prefix only). We do not send your full name, phone number, email, or exact location to Google Analytics. We also use Google Ads conversion measurement to count form submissions that result from an ad click; this begins when you arrive (including advertising cookies and the ad-click identifier) and is described in detail under "Third-Party Services" below. Separately, if you click "Accept" we use ZoomInfo WebSights to identify the business or organization associated with your visit for sales and marketing — a purpose that goes beyond anonymous analytics, also described under "Third-Party Services" below.

Campaign attribution: If you arrive via a marketing link (e.g. a Google Ads click), the campaign parameters in the URL (such as UTM tags and click identifiers) are stored with your form submission for campaign performance analysis. These parameters do not contain personal information and are captured regardless of your analytics consent choice.

Third-Party Services

Google Analytics 4: We use GA4 to understand website traffic and user behavior. GA4 analytics events — and any GA4 cookies — are collected ONLY after you click "Accept" on the consent banner. We do not collect GA4 analytics while your choice is undecided, and not at all if you Decline. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser data and revisiting the site.

Google Ads (conversion measurement): So we can measure which ads lead to form submissions, Google's tag loads when you arrive and records conversion measurement — including advertising cookies and the ad-click identifier from a Google Ads link. We use this strictly to measure ad performance; we do not enable remarketing or ad personalization (Google's personalization signals are turned off). Separately, GA4 analytics cookies and events are not collected until you click "Accept" (see above). If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, or you previously clicked "Decline," the Google Ads tag is not loaded at all. If you click "Decline" after the page has loaded, measurement stops immediately — the tag is told to stop using cookies and no further conversions are recorded. We serve a U.S. regional audience; you can opt out by clicking Decline, or later by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the consent banner back on your next visit.

ZoomInfo (WebSights visitor identification): If you click "Accept," we use ZoomInfo Technologies LLC's WebSights tool to identify the business or organization associated with your visit (for example, the company behind your network connection) so our team can follow up with relevant commercial cleaning information. We use company-level identification only — we do not enable ZoomInfo's person-level enhanced identification. To do this, your IP address, the pages and links you view, the referring URL, and general device/browser information are shared with ZoomInfo, which may combine them with its own business database; ZoomInfo also stores an identifier on your device (a first-party _zitok cookie, retained up to about 12 months, plus session storage). This is a marketing / lead-intelligence purpose that goes beyond anonymous analytics, so the ZoomInfo tag loads only after you explicitly click "Accept" — never while your choice is undecided, if you Decline, or if your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. If you previously accepted our earlier analytics/Ads notice, ZoomInfo does not load until you accept this updated notice. Information shared with ZoomInfo is also governed by ZoomInfo's privacy policy, and you can exercise privacy/removal rights through ZoomInfo's privacy center.

Cloudflare: Form submissions are securely transmitted to our backend hosted on Cloudflare. Your data is stored in Cloudflare's global network and is only accessible to Dream Clean 123 staff. We use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot detection; this sends your IP address to Cloudflare's verification service when you submit a form.

LeadConnector (HighLevel): We use LeadConnector (HighLevel) as our CRM to manage and respond to inquiries. When you submit any form on our site — including the form on /contact — the name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and service details you provide are sent from our own backend to LeadConnector so we can reply and track follow-up. This transfer happens only on submission: our forms are first-party, so simply loading a page does not send your IP address, user-agent, or any details to LeadConnector. Data you submit is governed by LeadConnector's privacy policy in addition to ours. You can also call or email us directly using the contact details further down the page.

Your Choices

  • Analytics & visitor identification: Click "Decline" on the consent banner to stop further analytics, Google Ads measurement, and ZoomInfo visitor identification. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it automatically. If you already accepted, use the button below to withdraw consent. Clearing this site's data resets your saved preference and re-shows the banner; it does not by itself undo measurement that already occurred.

Data Retention

Form submissions are retained for as long as needed to fulfill your service request and for our business records. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics default settings (14 months). Information shared with ZoomInfo for visitor identification is retained and used in accordance with ZoomInfo's own retention practices and privacy policy.
